Adair Springs Cabin is a cozy 672 square foot home, with two bedrooms and one bath, accommodating up to five people. It comes fully furnished with all the comforts of home, so all you need to bring are your personal items and groceries. There is a wood-burning fireplace for relaxation during breaks from the various activities available in the White Mountains. The cabin also features a propane gas grill, along with a front and side deck. The lot is completely fenced with tall pine trees.
Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed. Trash pickup services are provided every Tuesday.
Amenities
The amenities include a primary bedroom with a queen-size bed and an alarm clock, a second bedroom with bunk beds and a roll-out trundle bed, ceiling fans, wood blinds throughout, a washer and dryer, and a full kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster, and all cooking and eating utensils. The living area features a sofa, Wi-Fi, a landline with free long-distance calling, two televisions with YouTube TV, an Xbox player with 75 movies, and reading materials. Board games are also provided. The cabin also has baseboard electric heat. Outside, we have cornhole.

Rates
$125 per night from Sunday to Thursday, and $160 from Friday to Saturday. The weekly rate is $775 for 7 nights, and the monthly rate is $2150. Payment is preferred to be made seven days before arrival. To reserve the cabin, a deposit of $200, covering damage and reservation fees, is required. The deposit will be fully refundable within seven days after departure.
Payments may be made by check payable to Adair Springs Investments, LLC. Additionally, a non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 is required for each reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Venmo, and Zelle as payment methods. Mid and long-term renters are also welcome.

We are listed on several vacation rental sites, including Vrbo, Booking.com, and Airbnb. These sites charge service fees. Our cabin was built by Stewart and Genevieve Elson in 1972. History of Adair Springs Cabin It is now known as Adair Springs Cabin, in honor of my ancestors who founded the town of Adair, where Fool Hollow Lake is located, and later settled in Pinetop. The cabin serves as both a second home and a vacation rental. We sincerely hope that our guests enjoy the cabin as much as we do.
