Adair Springs Cabin is 672 square feet, with two bedrooms, and one bath, and can accommodate up to five people. It comes fully furnished with all the comforts of home, so all you need to bring are your personal items and groceries. There is a wood-burning fireplace for relaxation during breaks from the various activities available in the White Mountains. The cabin also features a propane gas grill with a front and side deck. The lot is completely fenced with tall pine trees.
Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed. Trash pickup services is every Monday.

The cabin has baseboard electric heat.

Rates
$120 per night from Sunday to Thursday and $150 per night from Friday to Saturday. The weekly rate is $750 for 7 nights, and the monthly rate is $2150. Payment is preferred to be made seven days before arrival . To reserve the cabin, a deposit of $200 for damage and reservation is required. The deposit will be fully refundable within seven days after departure.
Please make payments in the form of a cashier’s check or personal check made payable to Adair Springs Investments, LLC. Additionally, a non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 is required for each reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, Venmo, and Zelle payments. Long-term Renters are also welcome.

Our cabin was built by Stewart and Genevieve Elson in 1972. History of Adair Springs Cabin It is now known as Adair Springs Cabin, in honor of my ancestors who founded the town of Adair where Fool Hollow Lake is currently located, and later settled in Pinetop. The cabin serves as both a second home and a vacation rental. We sincerely hope that our guests enjoy the cabin as much as we do.
