Rates

$120 per night Sunday-Thursday, $150 per night Friday-Saturday, $750 per week (7 days), or $2000 per month throughout the year.

A damage/reservation deposit of $200 is required to reserve the cabin. The deposit is fully refundable within seven days of departure. Please make checks payable to Adair Springs Investments, LLC. A $100 non-refundable cleaning fee is required for each reservation. 

Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, Venmo, and Zelle payments are accepted.
