Rates

$120 per night from Sunday to Thursday and $150 per night from Friday to Saturday. The weekly rate is $750 for 7 nights, and the monthly rate is $2150. Payment is preferred to be made seven days before arrival. To reserve the cabin, a deposit of $200 for damage and reservation is required. The deposit will be fully refundable within seven days after departure.

Payments can be made by check payable to Adair Springs Investments, LLC. Additionally, a non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 is required for every reservation. We accept payments through Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, Venmo, and Zelle. Long-term renters are also welcome.
